Last updated: July 30, 2026
Tulsa County Catering (“we,” “us”) provides catering ordering and quote services powered by Tulsa Food Court kitchens. This policy explains what we collect when you use tulsacountycatering.com, our chat, or our forms.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, phone number, email, company, event details (date, guest count, venue, menu preferences), order notes, and messages you send through our website, chat, or email. Payment card data is processed by our payment provider when online payments are enabled — we do not ask you to send card numbers through chat or email.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, confirm and fulfill catering orders, coordinate kitchens and delivery, send payment links and receipts, and improve our service. We may contact you by phone, text, email, or chat regarding your event when you request a quote or place an order.
Sharing
We share event and order details with the kitchen(s) fulfilling your order and with service providers that help us operate (for example form delivery, chat, email, and payment processors). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention & security
We keep order and inquiry records as needed to fulfill events, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

You may request access to or correction of your contact information, or ask us to stop marketing messages, by emailing catering@tulsacountycatering.com or calling (918) 740-6104. Transactional messages about an active order may still be necessary.
