Payment card data is processed by our payment provider when online payments are enabled — we do not ask you to send card numbers through chat or email.

We share event and order details with the kitchen(s) fulfilling your order and with service providers that help us operate (for example form delivery, chat, email, and payment processors). We do not sell your personal information.

Retention & security

We keep order and inquiry records as needed to fulfill events, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your contact information, or ask us to stop marketing messages, by emailing catering@tulsacountycatering.com or calling (918) 740-6104. Transactional messages about an active order may still be necessary.
