By submitting an order, quote request, or electronic signature on tulsacountycatering.com, you agree to these terms with Tulsa County Catering.

Orders & confirmation

Submitting an online order or quote request does not guarantee a booking until we confirm availability, final pricing, and payment. Standard package orders are confirmed when payment is received (via secure checkout when live, or via the secure payment link / coordinator confirmation we provide). Custom menus require proposal approval and a deposit as stated on your quote.

Pricing, tax & fees

Package prices are typically per person with a guest minimum (usually 10; food trailers follow posted minimums). Delivery, beverages, desserts, gratuity, and Oklahoma sales tax may apply as shown in your estimate. Quotes and estimates may be adjusted if guest count, menu, date, or delivery details change.

Payment

Standard packages are typically paid in full to confirm. Custom / quoted events typically require a 50% deposit to book, with the balance due about 7 days before the event (or as stated on your proposal). Never send payment-card numbers through chat or email — use our secure payment link or authorized checkout only.

Changes & cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible to change guest count, timing, or menu. Cancellation and refund timing depend on kitchen prep already underway; deposits may be non-refundable within 7 days of the event unless we agree otherwise in writing. Same-day changes may not be available.

Allergies & dietary needs

Tell us about allergies and dietary restrictions before ordering. Kitchens prepare food in shared environments; we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact. For severe allergies, speak with our catering team before you book.

Delivery & pickup

Provide accurate venue access, timing, and contact information. Delivery windows are estimates; traffic and event load may affect arrival. You are responsible for providing a suitable receiving contact and space for drop-off or setup as arranged.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amounts you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
